Историческая справка

On building 1 you can see the "Matches Are Running Out" graffiti by Pasha 183.

Pasha 183 has been called the Russian Banksy, he was written about by The Guardian, The Telegraph and Daily Mail, and his works have been exhibited in France.

"The Little Match Girl" was based on a sad fairy tale: “All the recent works that I have done since mid-winter are some sort of urban reflections. I used to write poetry, but these works are expressed in a plainer language. The first work, for example, is a girl and matches, according to Andersen. ...Here is this warmth that the matches gave the girl instead of people who could have given it to her, but unfortunately did not. This work is about that warmth: people should give warmth to each other.”

The works of Pasha 183 often were designed to be viewed from above: from a balcony, from a roof, from a bird’s-eye view, or maybe from space. Perhaps, like medieval artists, he was most interested in the opinion of the viewer who looks at art from heaven...
