On Izmailovskaya square you may see earlier flourishing now abandoned Ministry of Oil Industry's Сlub (or Dom Kultury Stroitel). It is the first building for public events in Izmaylovo. The building was designed by the chief architect of the district, Georgy Chaltykyan. It was an ideal space for local kids to play musical instruments, read books and dance.
