«Heart of the City» official regulations

This agenda describes the «Heart of the City» event in detail and acts as a supplement to the general urban orienteering rules.

1. Location and date of event: St.Petersburg and Moscow, 18 February 2012.
2. Number of participants in a team: from 2 to 2.
3. Course pattern: stagewise.
4. Categories:
   • «Moscow»Pleasure category. For those who want a leisurely walk on a given CPs. Participants can walk or use public transport. The course is not timed, course time is not considered during results calculation.
   • «St.Petersburg»Pleasure category. For those who want a leisurely walk on a given CPs. Participants can walk or use public transport. The course is not timed, course time is not considered during results calculation.
5. Pre-entry submission: from 17:00 20 January to 11:59 17 February inclusive.
6. Pre-entry activation: within 1 hour(s) from the pre-entry submission, but not earlier than 17:00 20 January and not later than 11:59 17 February.
7. Start location :
   • For category «Moscow» — 24/1, Tsvetnoy bulvar.
   • For category «St.Petersburg» — 3, Fontannaya.
8. Course starts February 18 at 10:00 .
9. Teams of one category start separately, at intervals of 1 minute.
10. Finish location :
    • For category «Moscow» - 24/1, Tsvetnoy bulvar.
    • For category «St.Petersburg» - 3, Fontannaya.
11. Course closes at — 17:30 18 February.
